Return Policy: Return requests must be processed within two weeks of the purchase date. All requested returns will be processed once the item has been received back to the store. Postage and insurance on all returned items is the customer's responsibility. If an item you received is broken or damaged, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and retain all items and packaging of the order. All shipments are insured and a refund will be issued to the customer once the insurance claim has been finalized.
