What is the return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they're unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Custom-made pieces are excluded and only qualify for a refund if they arrive damaged from shipping, in which case a photo of the damage must be sent in right away. Customers cover return shipping and handling, and we strongly recommend insuring your return since lost or damaged packages can't be reimbursed; once we receive your return, we'll issue your refund. Please note that order cancellations are refunded as store credit only.

Are any purchases final sale?
Because nearly everything we make is custom and handmade to order, custom pieces are considered final sale and are only eligible for a refund if they arrive damaged from shipping (just send us a photo right away). Gift cards and sale items are also final sale. If you need to cancel an order, cancellations are refunded as store credit only.
When will I get my order?
Every piece is handmade to order, so turnaround varies by item, generally anywhere from 3 to 15 weeks, with the exact timeline listed on each product page. We'll proof your details by email before we begin, and if you're on a deadline, priority shipping is available at checkout.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our signs, mirrors, cabinets, and custom pieces are designed and handmade to order in our studio in Ericson, Nebraska. A handful of our collections, like our vintage and curated home goods, are thoughtfully sourced rather than made in-house, but every Bunkhouse original is built right here.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $250 ship free within the continental US. Everything else is calculated at checkout based on your order, and all shipments are fully insured. We ship throughout the US and Canada (Canadian shipping is estimated at checkout, with any additional handling confirmed before we finalize). Shipping internationally? Reach out with your order and we'll quote it for you up front.
