Refund policy
Returns
General returns can be made within 30 days of receipt, excluding any custom-made pieces. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs. We highly recommend insuring your return, as lost or damaged packages will not be reimbursed. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund.
Custom sign orders are only eligible for a refund due to damage caused by shipping. A photo of the damage must be sent in immediately after you receive the product to qualify.

Damaged items
All of our shipments are insured. If you suspect your package is lost, please reach out to BBunkhouse@outlook.com. If your package was damaged in transit, retain the product and all original packaging, then send photos and details of your order to BBunkhouse@outlook.com. This must be done within 7 days of receipt; notifications made after 7 days will not be considered. Once we receive your notification, we'll start an insurance claim. You'll be expected to retain all pieces of the shipment, including packaging, until the claim is finished. Upon finalizing the claim, you'll be refunded for the damages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there's often processing time before a refund posts. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at brassbunkhouse@outlook.com.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at brassbunkhouse@outlook.com and send your item to the return address below.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, exchange delivery times may vary. If you're shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
