Where we ship

We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada. Shipping internationally? Reach out with your order and we'll quote your shipping up front and invoice once the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs

All orders of $250+ ship free within the continental US. Orders under $250, along with shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, are calculated at checkout based on your order. Canadian orders are estimated at checkout, and because cross-border shipping can vary, additional handling may be charged once final shipment details are confirmed. We'll always communicate any added cost before completing your order.

Insurance

All orders are shipped fully insured. If your item arrives damaged, retain the product and all original packaging, then reach out to us right away with photos so we can help with next steps. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Processing & turnaround

Every Bunkhouse piece is handmade to order, so production time varies by item, with the estimated turnaround listed on each product page. Before we begin, we'll email you a proof of your custom details for approval. Need your order by a certain date? Priority shipping is available at checkout, and we recommend reaching out before ordering if you're working toward a deadline.

Local to us? Pickup is available at 505 Central Ave, Ericson, NE 68637. You'll be notified by email when your order is ready.
