The Latch Lock is custom designed to fit your Rugged Road cooler, keeping everything you want in, in (and everything you don't, out)! Installation is quick and easy. Have peace of mind knowing your cooler's contents are safe and secure!

How To Use:

The 4 provided parts can be used to upgrade any existing RR latch. This modification will allow you to lock your cooler with a padlock on the front latch to keep your contents safe.
To install your Latch Lock, the front plate will need to be removed using the provided wrench, and the zinc plate on the backside of the latch pull will also need to be removed to make room for the new parts.
We promise, it's easier than it sounds! If you need some assistance, a QR code on the back of the packaging will lead you to a video demonstration to install your Latch Lock.

You can return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they're unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Custom-made pieces are excluded and only qualify for a refund if they arrive damaged from shipping, in which case a photo of the damage must be sent in right away. Customers cover return shipping and handling, and we strongly recommend insuring your return since lost or damaged packages can't be reimbursed; once we receive your return, we'll issue your refund. Please note that order cancellations are refunded as store credit only.

Every custom piece is built to order and takes anywhere from 3 to 15 weeks depending on the item, with the exact turnaround time listed on each product page. All orders are shipped insured. If your item arrives damaged, you can file a claim directly with the carrier to receive reimbursement yourself, or if you'd prefer to have the piece repaired, keep all packaging and product and reach out to us for next steps. Please note that everything must be retained in order to move forward with a repair.

Orders of $250+ ship free within the continental US. We ship throughout the US and Canada, with Canadian shipping estimated at checkout and additional handling possibly charged once final details are confirmed. We also ship internationally; international customers should reach out with their order so we can quote shipping up front and invoice once the order is confirmed.
